Subject: Setting Up Your Neighborhood4.com Email Address

Hi Bruce and Andrew,

As discussed, the approach would involve standardizing our email addresses using our custom "neighborhood4.com" domain. Along with more reliable email delivery, using a custom domain is often perceived as more professional and official in this context.

Here's how the process would work:

Step 1: Create a Gmail Account

Inbound email can be routed anywhere; but Gmail will be the easiest setup for outbound (reply) messages  using our custom domain.

I'm going to assume you want to keep your Board communication separate from other email accounts, so these instructions begin with creating a new Gmail account for this purpose (personal/free).

  1. Visit http://mail.google.com/mail/signup.
  2. Create a new Gmail account.(Note: The actual email address doesn’t matter since it will serve as the backend for your custom email.)

Step 2: Share Your Gmail Address with Daniel

Once your Gmail account is created, send your new Gmail address to Daniel at **[email protected] (**note: address only; keep your password private)
